These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern The Vineyard Series 2025 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) sponsored by The Vineyard Series (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Vineyard Series are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 20, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST(“Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter (Free Entry Method)

No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter for free during the Giveaway Period, participants must:

1. Visit https://thevineyardseries.com/2025-giveaway, and

2. Submit a valid email address on the entry form.

Limit one (1) free entry per email address.

4. Bonus Entries (Optional)

Participants may earn additional entries by making purchases from The Vineyard Series between November 20, 2025 and December 13, 2025 using the same email address submitted for the free entry.

Bonus entry values:

• Each Hat Purchased: +10 bonus entries

• Each Polo Purchased: +30 bonus entries

• Each Badge Purchased: +40 bonus entries

Purchases must be made on thevineyardseries.com.
A purchase does not increase the odds of winning relative to free entry; it only increases the total number of entries.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The random drawing will take place on December 14, 2025.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

• Errors in advertising or administration

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless:

The Vineyard Series, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, their employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners

from any claims, loss, or liability relating to participation or prize acceptance.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.

Email addresses submitted for entry will be used solely for Giveaway administration and The Vineyard Series marketing communications. Emails will not be sold or shared.
